Talk and poster guidelines
Dear presenter, thank you for choosing our workshop to present your work. Here you can find some information for preparing your talk or poster.
An abstract of your talk is available on the Workshop web page (program and list of abstract) and will be published in the book of abstracts.
You will have 20 minutes for your presentation including a minute or two for some questions. Technical equipment that will be available for presentations includes:
The computer will support pdf and ppt formats. If you are using any other format please let us know, so that we can check the compatibility with our technical support staff. If you need anything else for your presentation except computer and whiteboard, please let us know.
We would like to ask you to check that your presentation is fully operational before your talk. We suggest that the presentation is installed on the computer no later than during the last coffee break before your talk is scheduled.
You can send us the presentation in advance if you wish that we check if it works on our computer.
An abstract of your poster is available on the Workshop web page (program and list of abstract) and will be published in the book of abstracts.
Poster presentations will be done in the hall in front of the lecture room 2.01. We suggest that you post your poster in the morning on August 26. Please display your poster no later than during the last coffee break before the poster session is scheduled. The poster session will be 20 minutes long. During it you will answer any questions other participants might have.
There are no special limits for the poster size.
Posters should be brought to the Workshop by the presenting author and not mailed in advance. Tape and pins will be provided.
